There's always going to be fee's....just a fact of life...I recently bought a premium coin bar from Estonia. I will encounter shipping fee's.. exchange rate fee's.. ect. Will it be worthwhile for me to purchase such an item..... If I just look the fee equation then NO... If I look at the value of what the item will bring to me then the answer is YES... The same goes for the Kinesis KVT. I personally think you should be looking at if the KVT will recoup the fee's and purchase price.

How is it a fake. It's not pretending to Be anything other than a bar of silver. The issue is as Spegtacular says.. how much Silver it contains. If allegedly the lesser amount of silver is actually a higher level PM how is that substandard or sub market If my 2*hotel was overbooked and I got replaced in a 5* hotel is that substandard. I wouldn't be complaining. I still believe it's more about egos and attitude between the two parties. A bit like what's happening here😎 My point was hypothetical anyway.

I'm going to throw this into the mix... Don't laugh..... What if the contamination (if any) turns out to be platinum or palladium. Would folk think it is still a substandard item.😁

I have just purchased from European Mint and used the courier company they use. Its an independent courier, So I believe they ship for anyone... I just contacted them with details... Easy and straight forward.. The company name is capital logistics.. Estonia.

They are classified as bullion so I wouldn't expect them to be scratch free ect. I have seen they are x25 packed vertically in placstic containers. I don't know if horizontally packed Vs vertically would be any better but it may explain why your noticing quality issues.

Like you say your thoughts...and your entitled to them.. My opinion is... too publicly post issues of lesser quality items after 1 complaint on forums is not the way to go about such things.... There seems to be more involved than just issues about the bar... Could it be because of premiums are rising and folk aren't happy ??

Yes thats true to highlight an issue... But publicly after 1 bar with poor results. I suspect spegtacular highlighted this because of the response from the other Guy not because of the bar issue. How do you even prove there's an issue unless all bars are returned and tested. One bar is not an issue in my opinion. How would our local artisan silver pourers feel if this was highlighted publicly after 1 piece. My point is more to do with how it was dealt with... I think egos were involved.

Not all the Wall Street silver bars tested were of lower finesse..only 1 up to this point in time. It remains to be seen just what % are lower ppm, and just how proofeable is this If its just a few then is calling someone out really the proper route. With hindsight maybe spegtacular should have waited for more than just one before putting it out there. And maybe the other Guy should have handled criticism better. I suspect there is more going on here than meets the eye. Who and why posted this video?

Just a heads up with regards to kinesis sign up.. I have heard that some people have been unable to complete KYC.. The system seems to be rejecting their selfies.... This could be because... The photos are likely over 5MB... If you take a better picture and cropped them close to the borders and that should fix the problem... This is a rare occurrence.. but just in case you run into this....

Pot luck on this like any carboot sale.. You do get some people who sell just silver coins/items but they know what they have and what the value is and can spot a sucker a mile off.
