Wasn't really planning to start on these, but they are nice - and quite low mintages: 1993 (3290)  and 1995 (600)  2 ounce silver Kookaburra proofs. I think they were minted sporadically - and stopped altogether with in 2003? I am sure some of you guys probably have a full set! But these are my first two. 

1996 and 1997 sealed 1/20 Pandas.

Some 1/10 Pandas - 1990 & 2005 - like these 1/10 pandas - expensive though.

At last my coin arrived, It was my birthday a few weeks ago so i decided to treat myself, Little did i know when i wrote "a Russian gold 50 Roubles" in the topic "Your Top Gold Coins For 2016" How hard and stressfull it would be to firstly to find one and secondly to get one at at resonable price. In the end i had to buy one from the Russian Federation and wait just under three weeks for the coin to arrive. But now the coin is here im very chuffed

A few nice pieces of gold today..the 1974 Krug for under £880 -  cheaper than most from dealers now. My first shield sov - an 1872 Sydney, and my first $10 Liberty Head eagle - an 1879 San Francisco. Bit of a splurge ...but good value, and some nice historic gold. Have to confess - I am a bit of a fan of the much maligned Krugerrands!, possibly because it was my first gold coin when I started in 2014, so quite happy to add more. ?

Iranian Azadi Pound & a blind purchase of a half shield from HGM.  Young head which was a bonus but a real shame that at some point in it's life, someone has filed a chuck for testing.

2g Gold Note from CGCI

I've bought a 2010 silver panda, 2011 silver panda. And a 2016 cougar.

A 1907 Liberty head half eagle $5 gold coin. I love the Indian heads - and never really been keen on the older Liberty head design -but decided I have to have one to compare....
Suspect it's been cleaned , but I will post pics when I get it. Not too bothered if it is, as it was a reasonable price - want one to handle and compare. 

2016 1 Kilo kookaburra, my 1st silver bullion buy for a very long time.

Three 1/2 shields today 1844, 1871 and an 1885. Getting a nice 1/2 shield collection together now
