Been away this past week and came home to a few packages which my dad was kind enough to take in for me.  I think he just wanted to hang around my place to get away from my mum.
2016 Isle of Man Angel Reverse Proof - Quite nice.  Need to dig out the normal one to compare with.  Each master sheet comes with a hologram but I don't know how many coins there are to a master sheet.  Pretty sure my ten has been cut from a larger sheet.
2016 Burkina Faso Crocodile - Yet another one of the many many coins from Africa which MCI are knocking out at the moment.
2016 New Zealand Mint Endangered Species Giant Panda - I'm glad the series is now complete.  They were releasing far too many each year.
2008 1/4 Chinese Panda - Big thanks to @Kman spotting this at Atkinsons and posting in the deal section.  Came in a capsule but has been well looked after so I'm pretty happy with it.

I blame @Numistacker for this one, ?. I bought a 15g baby panda, I really like the design on these.
It would be nice to get the 30g version but with a mintage of only 200, I can't see it happening.
 

Ouch, that bloody obverse background again! Whoever designed that should be shot; spoiled a beautiful coin.
I'm with @Kman, a proof version would be sensational.

Lol. My photography skills is mediocre at best. Just happen to get some natural light shine in at the time and the white backing helped too.
Photographing coins is an absolute nightmare especially the proof and super shiny ones.

Yup, I had planned to buy a few of these. But might just buy one now!

I think if they made the head smaller and used chequer  board around like the other side, thenput the writing in a ring like the other side the design would pop and improve the design.   If you are reading this Royal mint and take on I'm happy to take a 1oz gold coin for each year of series and royalty!!!

Yeah I agree, I felt the same when I looked at mine. 
Still very happy with it though. 
If it didn't have that 80's woodchip wallpaper look and had nice clean fields I think it would be much better.

That obverse background really does awful on the gold. Shades of the new silver Brits but worse.

Interesting day today, just shaken hands on a deal with my cash for gold guy, who is going to hold back any sterling silver cutlery / flatware for me for about 5% or less over spot, and picked up on Ebay tonight 33.5 ozt of sterling for under spot at £10.35 an oz , (had an unexpected end of year work bonus, which lasted less than 48 hours in my pocket  )
 
 

After an 11 day wait  2  1/10 oz somalia elephants and 10 more Congo silverbacks , because of the delay i added 1  1/10 lunar monkey , liking the elephants .

The Peter Rabbit coin.  Now I need to get it on ebay quickly before the rest of the 15000 are listed.
Again' the chimps at the Royal Mint have put the boxed coin straight into an envelope with no extra packing.  They must know that the coin presentation box is important to keep in good condition especially at the premiums they charge.
Luckily it has not suffered any damage in transit.  I will be letting them know what I think in an email as they have also charged my card twice.  I'll give them the option of sending me another Peter Rabbit instead of refunding my card.  They must have a few emergency spares  

Outside China the biggest collectors are American, then everyone else imo. I have bought pandas from Germany though. 
The 1/10 size is the most popular with some crazy premiums on 1998, 2002, 2006 and 2004.

Wasn't really planning to start on these, but they are nice - and quite low mintages: 1993 (3290)  and 1995 (600)  2 ounce silver Kookaburra proofs. I think they were minted sporadically - and stopped altogether with in 2003? I am sure some of you guys probably have a full set! But these are my first two. 

1996 and 1997 sealed 1/20 Pandas.
