Please be very careful... this has all the hallmarks of a scam... items from ebay, selling at a loss on FB, substantially less than their true value from a very suspect account.

I believe there is a correct answer to this question!
Let's say a gentleman bought £10,000 of gold many years ago and recently sold it for £22,000. A tidy (CGT free!) £12,000 profit. Well, relatively, £10,000 was worth more 'many years ago' than it is now.
Should he reinvest the capital back into gold and spend the profit?
Should he invest the £12,000 profit in gold and deploy the capital elsewhere?
Should he put it all back into gold?
If you bought 13oz gold seven years ago and sold it today, you could buy...13oz of gold 😕

Can't really answer the question as:
a) We don't know the gentleman's reason for liquidity and the intended purpose for the 'cash'
b) We don't know what the real profit actually is once inflation is taken into account.

Anyway, my advice would be to blow the lot on 5kg bars of silver as it's going to the moon. I saw this on Youtube so it's deffo true.

At the time, Gold Price was £978- so a 6% premium, which was unheard of for a QB.  
I bought, and paid for mine, but they didn’t honour the price for anyone- they contacted me by telephone to explain it was a mistake- following my protest to the salesperson she offered to make amends and bought me off, with a discount on the premium of 1x Victoria YH Shield.
 


 

Up for sale is this 2000 Gold Proof Sovereign 3 coin set in excellent condition for being 23 years old. Probably better than the modern proofs.  Only 1250 3 coin sets were issued by the mint.
New selling format that will reward early buyers.  The price will stay as is until noon tomorrow and there after the price will rise by a £10 noon each day until sold or I decide to end and withdraw the listing.
