No mate - that limited production year proof libertad is not the same price as the beat up Brit you’re looking at no. And whilst we are at it and before you ask - the gold ones are more money too. Yes really - that much more. And I’m going to rock your world here pal - the 2oz and 10oz are also more expensive than the 1oz.

There is only liquidity in certain coins sovereigns in short 
Numismatics are not getting the love they deserve as their being benchmarked against spot coins 
I had someone message me asking why my 5 roubles was not spot? Because it's not a basic sovereign was the answer

I don't think so, even it is almost impossible to be 100% sure.
These are probably pseudo-hallmarks and someone rubbed them hard to make them difficult to read.
Now, only a test with acid can tell you if it is solid silver or silver plated spoon.
