Hello 
Today I have this pretty nice 2002 proof tenth Britannia. The coin looks to be very good condition to the naked eye, but magnified from certain angle there seem to be a minute scratch near the Queens nose. This can not be seen without zoomed photos.  Maybe it dust but will not attempt to smudge it off. Best to presume that it is a scratch.
