  1. H&T employs donuts who have no idea how to list an item. You will also see it with their Silver listings classing it as sterling when it is 999 silver. The coins within are 22ct. Make sure you can work out the difference between a half and a full in the pendant. Usually you can tell by the weight and size of pendant
  2. If you going to do a proper comparison, then do it properly. I know you mentioned that Atkinson sponsored one of your video. UK Bullion £1,822.97 (+0.87%)
  3. You might be selling out one or two bars to some newish members, the problem for you is the big buyers are not the newish members and upset them and they will never buy from you regardless how good your prices may be. If I was you, try to be a little bit more humble.
  4. Here are a couple of good deals and they work out at under spot delivered. I myself managed to get a couple of full sovereigns in pendant at £40 under spot each. The deals are there if one makes the effort to look. https://handt.co.uk/collections/pendants/products/9ct-gold-coin-pendant-72 https://handt.co.uk/collections/pendants/products/9ct-gold-coin-pendant-88 Grab them before they go. There are also couple of full sovereign in pendants with chains at just over spot Good luck
  5. Under a microscope. The only time a 1g bar is worth it is when it no more than 5% above spot, as that is unlikely to happened, the answer from me is NO.
  6. The good thing is as prices rise one can exchange a regular sovereign and purchase a shield for not much more. I would expect the £30-40 premium to drop to under £20.
  7. If you have 1000oz to sell, then talk @arphethean and @theman73, they are probably the ones who deal with the most silver.
  8. Tell you the truth I have 5 bars and I will rather keep, then sell one by itself. It works as a package for me and not singular.
  9. Online dealers prices which I found to be cheapest and in stock. 2005 Sovereign- Cheapest £550 Chards 2005 Half Sov- Cheapest £238 Atkinson 5g Bar Cheapest £320 Royal Mint Total £1108 I guess £983 is still not cheap enough. Listing will stay up for another hour and then coins will be sold elsewhere.
  10. Good price, £100 under spot
  11. At the end of the day, what does it really matter where they are minted. Does anyone really think the Royal Mint gets it gold from mines in the UK. All anyone cares about is price. Do not see anyone complaining about Geiger Bars and it seems these are by the same company. I do think though, the OP is a little too sensitive.
  12. Why did you not get them from @arphethean, would have only cost you about 85p each
  13. Another member has a listing for 2022 at £420 plus post. Can not see you getting one cheaper
  14. Take a photo with your mobile and zoom in. It is more likely that it is 9ct.
  15. Turkey has also been a major buyer. Canada the country that is run by an idiot sold off all it's gold a few years ago.
  16. I guess too members are obsessed with spot price. If you had 1oz of gold on Friday and still not sold, you still have 1oz of gold. Most people in the real world are only interested on what to eat and how much more it will cost
  17. Back on sale for a good deal. I might also consider a swap option for Half/ Full Sovereign PF69 and 9ct curb chains/bracelet etc
  18. Just for reference, if one was to Pay for postage online today, you can still pay the old rates and print your own label or get labels delivered and packages picked up by postman tomorrow
  19. This idiot thinks fake sovereign joke tokens have also gone up in value https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/186310899426
  20. What are you selling or buying?, I could round to you in 20 minutes
  21. Spyder

    wanted 1986 sovereign

Depending on condition, you will be looking at +£550 each as only Proof year and Maklouf design Sovereign are now in high demand
  22. Why not try and experiment with some clay casting and see how those come out before trying to get custom made up.
  23. Spyder

    Rare 1924SA and 1917

COTR had a Edward C mint listed yesterday on the Buy it now price at over £8k that seems to have now sold
  24. If I was swapping gold for silver, I would want 19, If I was swapping silver for gold, i would want to give 17, so as mention by @dicker from the start, it would have to be 18 to be fair to both sides. For the record, I am not swapping gold for silver at this present moment, maybe when the ratio is 1-100.
