Im giving them the benefit of the doubt as  I messaged them at the weekend so theyve had less than 2 working days to respond as it stands.
 
Id be prepared to name them but im thinking I need to give them a chance.
 
Also whilst I question their authenticity im very open to the fact they could just be different.
 
They arent on this forum as far as i know but they are mentioned and should be well known to everybody here.

Im just making a point that if somebody is stressed out, open to the fact they are very wong and not claiming to know much at all and calls himself 'noob' theres not all that much to ridicule anyway.
If people want to joke and think its funny then thats fine but im not going to pretend i see the funny side ATM....maybe i will one day but not right now.

That's odd that you can't see the thread, maybe something to do with your subscription level..?   Although there isn't a lot to see really. Just more or less the same as this one but with less replies..

Ach man it's just daft banter and as far as I'm concerned infinitely preferable to the kind of c**p you get as mainstream on the likes of fartybook and twatter.   It's a good bunch of guys and gals on here and all very knowledgable.
If it helps put your mind at rest I posted the same concerns on a thread here several months ago after I had bought a few coins on ebay.  See here..
I still have the coins and am still not 100% sure they are wholly genuine although I think they probably are...
I was a complete newbie on here at the time and was humbled when @James32 messaged me to extend the same offer as he has done for you on this thread, although I didn't take him up on it at the time, but you get what I mean right...    A good bunch of blokes as I say and the daft banter is part and parcel of just about every single thread on the forum..
To summarise : inasmuch as 'anything can happen' and you may or may not have purchased a duff coin or two, but TBH if you bought them from a reputable dealer I would seriously doubt it and suggest the probability of it being the genuine article is much higher than of it being a fake.

You have concerns and got quite a few decent answers but the other comments are just the forum members being friendly and making a few light hearted comments. 
I'd probably think they are real tbh but I always widen my eyes when i see silver held with bare hands even if it is bullion... 

Great to see this kind of offer from @James32. I would certainly take advantage of this if it could verify the purity of the metal.
Usually people would want to charge for this kind of service. The old saying that "nothing comes for free" springs to mind.
But not here on TSF, I've quickly learnt that this is a special community of like minded people, and like others have said, it's the absolute best place for buying and selling precious metals.
Kudos to @James32 for offering this peace of mind not once but twice during this conversation 👍

.9999 silver doesn't make much of a ping compared to copper or sterling, you should really use an ap for a ping test, maybe all your other coins are fake and these are good.

My offer still stands bud, you cover post and I will test and put you're mind at ease. 
 

Unless they sound like two lead pipes being clanged together I bet they're fine. Do what you need to put yourself at ease of course but I don't rate the sound of two coins hitting each other as a means of verifying whether they are genuine silver.

To be honest its more the distinct lack of ping that bothers me than anything.
If it werent for that I dont think id bat a proverbial eyelid.

For what it's worth @N00b2020 I personally wouldn't worry about it. Outside of the customer service aspect (emails not responded to etc) and just focussing on the silver itself; hoping for shiny perfection from bullion rounds isn't often going to lead to a place of satisfaction. My first bullion purchase of silver was a batch of .999 Britannias from a dealer. They were shiny in fairness but I couldn't believe how they could possibly come to me with dings, nicks and general bludgeoning (they were brand new). Speaking with the dealer in question they were very polite but told me in no uncertain terms this is just how they are sometimes. They offered to buy them back at the current spot price (about 6 quid a piece less than I paid) and thus my first lesson about bullion silver was learned. It wasn't too long after that I discovered TSF and I've become much more of a realist since. I realised that as long as it's not been mangled by a steam roller silver bullion will always be worth what it's worth. Sure, the shiniest and prettiest will attract a few percent over spot more than the slightly dull or milk spotted examples, but not enough to make it a travesty.

Its difficult because I did ring them and they just said they were fine and kept repeating that.
I figured if i did it all by email theres proof of whats been said so I think ill stick to that course.

Firstly yes ive done the magnet test and they pass.  So with that and the fact the security features are highly detailed and its from a well known dealer I am satisfied up to a point.
 
My only qualms are they look dull which I could overlook normally but combined with a lack of ping I was very worried.
On google and youtube etc 99% of the time I interpreted it that people were saying the ping test was fundsmental.
I greatly appreciate the offer of testing them thanks....ill think it over.
I think what compounded it was when I rang the dealer they were very dismissive of the ping test and when I said it was all over their site they denied it.....that really didnt help calm me down.

Sincerely doubt ( without knowing which dealer) you have been sent fake coins.
Step 1) magnet test... magnet won't stick to a silver coin,but tilt coin at approx 45 degrees a slide magnet down it ( should be slight resistance)
Step 2) pull manufacturers (RM) dimensions and thickness from RM or even bullionbypost and check with calipers. 
Step 3 weigh coin on accurate scales , preferably ones that go down to 0.1gram ( suggested weight can also be found from same place as above)
If you have passed all these tests so far the you are doing very well and likely OK.
Step 4) can if still in doubt then do a specific gravity test at home ( backyardbullion has a foolproof video on YouTube) 
Step 5) if for any reason you still feel unsettled, buy 1 x 2022 britannia from another reputable dealer to compare with.
Ps, although not ever going to be cost effective with postage both ways, I'm happy to test for free if you cover postage.
