I would respond and ask for management to contact you on this one. Think they need to be pushed to a higher standard than that.

That is the only way to really get accurate pictures of the exact item you are buying before purchase. Imagine buying a coin from a forum member with stock photos from the net, and it turning up with a scratch, missing frosting, and you have to send it back to the member. Then once they get it back they say it looks "alight to me at arms length". For them to decide they don't feel like sending it back, and just refund you without messaging you...Well that's the personal service of the RM.

I'm only buying Proofs from the RM if i can make them myself on the VIP tour 🤣

Not once has anyone asked for proof of ownership from me. With the amount of "best value" sov purchases, that don't specify the coin in any way..i'm not sure what value i'd give to that receipt if i was a dealer. Curious to hear what others say. Was this on a "High value" sale? Just send the RM this receipt.
