Ordered a couple '2oz Silver coins Lion Queen Beasts' from STG in May 2016 and one arrived with a deep scratch. @STG kindly replaced it very promptly.

Of all the VAT free European companies these guys are my favourites. My experience is that they have been ever so slightly more expensive than goldsilver.be, and they have a far smaller range, however they are more reliable especially if something goes wrong.

I've bought several coins from silver-to-go over the last 3 or so years. Always good coins at good prices and never any problems. Quick delivery as well (not bought anything from them since the virus so can't comment on anything recent).
