Unfortunately can't rate less than 1 star!!

The first order of over £9k was 6 weeks delayed with no followup as to why. No communication. After complaint it came in 4 days. Decided not to make a larger order again.

6 months later against my better judgement and a great price on a 1k proof Libertad, I placed an order. The coin was tarnished on arrival. I emailed about my concern and was advised to just use a rubber on the surface of the coin to remove the tarnish? This was a proof coin! Again I sent emails and have received no correspondence since. 

I will never use this company again and would highly recommend people not ordering unless its bullion and that dont care when they get their order. 

Very bad company.

Stay away !

They have nothing but contempt for their customers.  Will send you badly damaged coins and laugh at your complaints.  The don't care once they have your money. Avoid at all costs.! 

I have bought many times from them, quite valuable orders. Only had one issue with the last order. Long story short, they sent 2oz coins instead of 5oz coins. They replied to my email shortly and gave me around 30% for purchasing the 2oz coins as well and posted the 5oz coins so I can't complain about the customer service although I have seen many complaints about this. 

Wish I could leave 0 stars.

2 Platinum 1oz coins were sent to me loosely packed in a large wooden monster box and consequently arrived in this damaged state.

This company had no customer service come back whatsoever. No answers to messages, emails and were rude enough to hang up on me when I finally got through to them on the phone.

Please google this company before parting with your money. Search this forum as several members report awful experiences. 

I have made plenty of large orders from these guys. The coins have always been in excellent condition, well packaged and a very speedy service. Historically they have also been the cheapest with the most variety. I have heard horror stories however if you just want cheap bullion in quantity then you shouldn't have an issue. If you start complicating the order or require customer service for a change in the order then expect to have a good old fashioned telling off (judging this on threads on this forum). They are the Basil Fawlty of the coin world - they do care, they have a good product, but they will shout at you if you go "off piste". Comedy Gold if you aren't the one being shouted it. That said my experience has always been 5 stars.

No issues, good price and fast delivery.

Orders always arrived on time. 20+ orders going back a few yrs now. Only issue I had was one coin in a bulk order never arrived, easily and swiftly rectified, couple of messages and all was put right.

Pleased with choice, prices and packaging. Thumbs  👍 from me . My go to mainland supplier .
