Opinion on a sovereign patina and strange hit

Recommended Posts

Patina is normal/fine, I've had it on many a Gillick. Dent I cannot speak to, other than something was dropped on it?

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

Thanks. Yes patina worried  me because the two tone color, but seller had many of them of same year so i guess that maybe they were rolled in a tube directly from mint, who know.
About that defect yes could be something that hit hard the surface. I think ill ask fir a change.

Seller have some of same year but only this one with that dent. I changed it .

My worries was more for patina. Thanks.

looking the dent with seller glass make me think it was a mint issue, because a direct hit has to be very strong to produce a dent like that, look similar to a bubble or something present on the striking surface (sorry for my English)
