What are your goals for the year ahead?

Not sure yet.

Will look at the 2024 silver proof britannia set and may get it if its 4 coin.

Whatever 1oz silver proof Tudor Beasts are released.

Maybe a 2024 sovereign or two.

Couple of 1/4s and a bunch of sovereigns.

Other than that im not sure.

My bank account has sat at almost zero for the last year as ive been squeezing every spare penny out and turning it to PMs. Need to address that.

1 sovereign a month I will be happy plus the yearly 1/4 half and full sovereign as iv got the set last 3 years

Guess it depends on spot movement, but I should try getting at least half of what I bought in 2023

We shall overcome and since it's new year I will continue. We need to start sourcing the shiny. And also, jeezo, I fancy as a goal a pre 1920 good condition crown but the prices! 🙂

And most of them are super ulgy toned... I've never seen as beautiful toning on the crowns as the rainbow morgan dollars (and those are supposed to be natural)

All being well, and depending on my subjective view of the quality of coin designs released in 2024:

3 or 4 1oz UK gold bullion coins, and maybe a 2024 double sovereign (but probably not).

Maybe 1 or 2 UK platinum bullion coins for the collection, rather than for investment.

Probably no silver.

If the gold spot price drops significantly, then maybe some 2024 bullion sovereigns, to sell in future.

If the gold spot price rises significantly I will sell some or all of the duplicate items I have and maybe some ETF units.
