Royal mint delivery

Is anyone else having issues with orders from the royal mint? I ordered some 1g gold Christmas bars to give to the nephew and niece for Christmas and they still haven’t arrived, it’s been a week now and they promised they’d be in before Christmas. There’s been no updates to the order status either.

Phone them to chase them up. 

I had to as 2 of the bars ended up not being in stock anymore. I phoned them after waiting 8 working days into a 3-5day dispatch window. 

They ended up sending out 2 bars and I'm still waiting on 2. Although these were not the Christmas ones. I've seen another few members on here being promised that they will be delivered this side of Christmas...... I hope they do.

It’s really annoying, the nephews had a recent obsession with gold, my sister bought him one of those gold mining kit things where you break into a block to see if there’s any gold and he’s been obsessed ever since. Was hoping to give him a gram on Christmas. And well the niece has to have everything he has or she’ll bring the sky down on you 😂

Finally my definitive set and proof set was delivered today. 

The only thing about it is, they have delivered it to my old address. A house which I sold about 6 months ago. 

I've had 5 deliveries from them to my new address, but this one, they must have decided to just pick a random old address on my account. 🤣 

So that's fun.

Sorry mate they're a joke. I'm in the same position as you, I've been promised the world and not even received a despatch email let alone gold bars! I'm more angry that I can prove I ordered first and literally hundreds of people had their orders fulfilled before me. I've been on the phone/webchat with them 3 times complaining

It’s really bloody annoying. Do they have a dragon in their delivery warehouse that just sits on top of the gold and doesn’t let them send a dime of it?
