I think most people forget to look here and go to ungraded first as a default.  Another reason can also be that most want to buy as low as possible and very rarely get a graded coin close to the price of a ungraded. 

I think @arphethean had a perfect listing where he had graded and ungraded on the same listing and as a result got much more attention and I know it worked as I bought both graded and ungraded from him off that listing.

They pretty much did with the migration improvement but people whinged so it got changed back 

Had filters and views the lot.  I think the main complaint was the splitting out of private and business sellers but I liked the flexibility the filters gave
