Gold or Silver, drool factor.

OK, so this might be a daft question on a forum called the silver forum, but here goes anyway. Not taking into account investment possibilities or value, would you say you would rather look at a big stash of gold or silver. I have to say that with me it would definitely be gold, Hope that does not upset too many people.

Both, but gold is nicer because you can play with it a little. I don't have any sacrificial 1ozers

For me 100% gold

I saw this thread on silverstakers yesterday for the first time, pictures of peoples gold coins

Just beautiful

Especially like the 2009 ultra high relief eagle, damn that thing is nice.

I prefer the look of silver to be honest. To me it is more aseptically pleasing.

I like the fact that it is the most reflective and the most conductive metal but dislike the fact that silver tarnishes.

Full silver stack videos are always more impressive than gold stacks, in terms of quantity and diversity.

Silver every time for me, proofs of all sizes are stunning to look at, and yes I do have gold coins too but they do nothing for me.

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

Gold. By a long way. Silver is still nice, but for me it's like comparing a nice fillet steak to rump

Fillet is soft and juicy, but rump has much better flavour, it's a tough call

I think gold is definitely more awe-inspiring. Silver's still awesome though. When I pick up my stack, I love the weight. I'm almost at my 1st kg. I wouldn't even have 1oz of gold with the same amount of funds! So in that way, silver feels more impressive. I will get some gold soon, but it won't replace silver, I like them both for different reasons.

My favourite steak is strip loin.

If it's £10k worth of gold or silver, I'd imagine silver would have the most drool factor.

If it's 100oz of gold or 100oz of silver, then I'm sure the gold would win.
