Actually, it's just a London Mint Office gimmick

However, it does include two nice sovereigns. 

 

1926SA, described as uncirculated on the certificate. Make your own judgement off the pictures

As @Earthmetal said above really. Because Edward abdicated the throne and Lizzie's Father became King with no sons. 

No one would have expected such a short reign from Edward and presumed he would have sons who would overtake her in the line of succession.
