trying to open silver forum on my mobile and google will always crash the site

Has anybody else had this problem ? login on my mobile and start to look at the site and Google will freeze up and you have to close the page ? it will be fine for a sort while but will always crash a few minuets in.

Try opening it on your internet explorer, instead of google, then save it as a favourite so you can always find it quickly

thanks ! but i haven't got internet explorer on my phone . google is fine with the forum on my laptop, but every time after a very short while on my android it will just freeze and stop working, do iPhone users get the same problem ?

No issues on my iPhone using Chrome

or use brave or firefox browser

1. If you are not running the latest version of your phone operating system please update and see if that helps.
2. Please clear your browsers cache (website data and cookies) there could possibly be badly cached pages from some websites that are causing it to crash. 

Unless your phone is old or there is some internal damage there should not be any issues opening TSF after doing the above. You can try using another browser on your mobile to see if this helps, as some small group of users on older devices have found that switching to another browser fixes any issues they were having.

Thanks for the advice ! i will try a different browser, my phone is new and running the latest android version . i did wonder if it was my VPN but i use chrome fine on other sites with it turned on.

Are you able to try to change your VPN to another location or another server? And check if that fixes it. Or even temporarily disabling it, just to see if the TSF page loads OK, if so then can see that it was the VPN causing issues. 

If not, another browser should work.
