In my opinion, I would say BU, I would not say mint, because you know for a not proof coin thats probably pretty hard to get, certainly near mint and no problems that I can see.

I need the coin but that cover is wasted on me unfortunately. I can offer £390 posted on just the sovereign, but appreciate you may want to sell as a complete unit.

Just looked at it under a magnifying glass and I cant see any scratches or anything, but my grading is sometimes not as strict as some others....?

I think the Golden Jubilee was in 2002 and this cover was issued in 2001 with " 100 days to go"
