Ebay Blocking PM Sales

Just tried to bid on a coin in the USA, from a dealer I have bought from before, and EBay blocked me…is this new? Wtf is happening ?

They do this a couple times a year,the sh#tes.

Even with uk sales,make you accept a phone call to verify yourself....not great when trying to snipe bid during last few seconds of auction 😆
