I purchased a 100g bar from them and they sent me a 1kg bar instead. This was a couple years ago. Strange thing was, their stock wasn't short of a kilo bar when I contacted them

Hi all Update

Sent a second email explaining everything again and the new videos, actually received a replay this time with a response of ok thats strange please can I send them back, which I did ( was happy to return them ) and low and behold they replaced all 3 and sent them out. Turned up and all great 👍 

 

Shame they did not just advise me to return on the first phone call, as this would and could of been sorted ages ago ( thus is life )
