York Coin show

Hi All is anyone thinking of going down to the York coin and stamp show this coming weekend ? also if anyone has any experience with coin shows how do the vendors prefer payment as I can imagine some might not have the ability to accept card payments and the like.

Mostly cash payments from my experience although card's are widely accepted.

It might be worth checking out the York Stamp and Coin fair website and organisers as there are certain covid requirements and proof that are required for entrance tomorrow and Saturday.

My advice to anyone attending a coin show unless they have good reputation and know the dealers is to take cash. A small amount as have been mentioned might accept cards.

only see that at a midlands coin show its cash only, nothing about the others.

I went and it was really good picked up a ms69 ASE west point a 1/10 proof brit 1996 and Lib a signed Ian Rush football stamp thing and a old bank bag to put all my pre 47 im
