In any case this is an unbelievable price... if I had the cash lying around I would have bought this without hesitation. I'm going to try to sell some stuff...

Not guaranteed .. most modern proofs should get 70 though 

not to buy this coin lol but you should try to own some of both PCGS and NGC 

i buy/sell and keep both 👍

Of course! But from my stacking perspective - I still stack the bullion coins (hence 'just for graded' - I do not really like the NGC holders. I like the clear PCGS holders - simple preference, really), I just now have some graded coins to mix it up.

I also bought a holder from the marvellous @morezone and am now looking to fill it with PF70s by the end of the year with some of the more interesting coins. Six down, 14 to go!
