Can anyone confirm 

there is a dot at 6 o clock direction looks like a dirt but it is actually a printed privy looksalike 

I have 3 of these all three has this funny dot 

I have send back the first one though it’s dirt but look under the loupe it’s not , it looks like over print 

same position same marks 

The dot the the T 6 o clock direction

but silver proof version don’t have that privy lookalike 😉

Some 1/4 dragon coin has weak JC mark, i guess the RM didn't really check the quarter proof die carefully...
