Best gold to be buying

Hi guys,

 

Just started stacking (silver) and wanted to diversify into gold too. I don’t have a huge budget but I’d like to pick up a little gold alongside silver.

 

Looking for advice on the best fractional gold coins or even small gold bars to invest my pennies in?

Maybe start with the lowest premium - this would tend to be sovereigns.

However, if your budget doesn't stretch to a sovereign, you could always look at half sovs or 1/10 coins.

In terms of 1/10 coins, there is a lot of variety: pandas, maples, eagles, krugerrands, etc.

Maybe try different ones and see what you like. Worst case you will likely get most of your money back.

As others say sovereigns you can't go wrong with them or half sovereigns

Buy half sovereigns - these are very liquid and can be bought on a budget.

Welcome to the forum, you did the right thing asking the guys on here before buying gold coins.

I must agree, Sovereigns are a most enjoyable coin.
