  9. Good point. However, it is not about tax. It is about gambling licenses. You need a gambling commission licence for this to be legal. This is a really tricky area for charities let alone a profit making company. It is a fantastic suggestion but as Chris has outlined it just is not feasible here. The only way around this is to find someone with a license.
  10. Some lovely items for sale. The jubilee head halves look great. The super rare 1891 AU55 should do very well and I would think the 1887 MS63 No JEB should easily hit four figures. Also some high grade double florins. Including the two rare varieties. Very nice!
  11. Hello @littleredflower! I am by no means an expert on anything coin related, especially US coins, but I know a little. Others on here with more knowledge will correct me if I am wrong. I do have a small collection of US coins and a few are Lincoln wheat cents. These were minted through the period of 1909 to 1958. I think yours is a 1943 because of the steel content. The rare version in 1943 is the bronze one because there are only a handful of those as the mint was using left over planchettes. There are also some rare steel versions and errors, but without better pictures of your coin it is hard to say anything. However, if you search online for ‘war time cent’ or just 1943 cent you will see loads of research and information. Good luck!!
  12. Thanks, Andy. The first one I would pass on but please let’s pm about the second.
  13. Per title, looking for PCGS graded silver/copper/bronze from 1800 through to 1899. Ideally high grade and circulating though high grade proofs also sought after. Thanks!!
  14. Thanks for sharing expertise! That’s good to know. Will keep my eyes peeled for more Roman/Arabic variations!!
  15. That’s a nice coin! Looks like it sold. Someone obviously believes in it! Who bought it??!! Own up!!! I have no good knowledge on the full sovereign varieties, so is the value about right?
  16. Congrats @Nebs. PM me your address please and I’ll send the round out tomorrow or Friday at the latest (depending on work tomorrow!!) Cheers!!!!
  17. Silver Forum round - images. Cheers.
  18. @ChrisSilver Can you please consider pinning this thread to give it maximum exposure? Some lovely items being auctioned for a good cause. Thanks for considering. @Upsidedown Pictures of the round to follow just now. Thanks, Andrew.
  19. Sorry mate, I wanted to take all of them. It doesn’t add up to buy fewer given postage costs.
  20. I’ll add in a poured item that I will send to the winning bidder. I will share pictures tomorrow but it is 25/50 of the Silver Forum pour from Silver Angel. I will also cover the postage. Mind are a fantastic charity who have helped significantly in my professional life. As an organisation they are a dream to work with. Great choice.
