    Typo on sovereign?

Middle Eastern and may be slightly higher purity than 22ct
  2. Could be made outside of the U.K. good chance it is 9ct. If you are selling it might be best to “free” the Sovs and sell them and the chain separately. Best Dicker
  3. Largely yes, plus I suspect a bit profit talking and it’s coming up to month end, where people might chose to trade out and lock in profits.
  4. My bet is gold consolidating this week. Down at open.
  5. Cost price averaging….
  6. I am seeking x3 QE2 Britannias next week - years 21,22,23, and a further 3 the week after. QE2 Nuggets / Roos possibly considered. So Brits with Security features and QE2. PM if you are are selling next week and the week after. Best Dicker
  7. I have had some innovative SD packaging from TSF members. Recently I received some Sovs that were wrapped in a DVD box.
  8. I saw a post earlier that “analysts are puzzled” by golds price rise and strength. They really must be complete spunktrumpets (is that allowed?) to be puzzled.
  9. I saw that there continues to be big outflows of money from BTC ETF’s. Is that money going into gold? Who knows but £1725 there is a good chance.
  10. I suspect there are a fair few traders out there sitting on some nasty losses having bet on gold going down after the FOMC guidance….oh well!
  11. I don’t have a view of volumes traded but low volumes may be playing a part in the price?
  12. On which System? Trading view?
  13. I don’t use the RM. The ticker on the TSF is good but for a basket of investments I use the trading view app on my iPhone which has a live feed for free.
  14. 1710! Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit!
  15. Honestly, I expected a different message from the Fed and gold to be at 1675….. Good to be wrong
  16. Gold steady GBP1696 Bitcoin continues to decline at USD62k.
  17. It’s a very good article, and summed up well in the last paragraph. But the FOMC will be interesting at 1800 U.K. time
  18. This is, for me is a breach of trust between the RM and the bidders. You enter into a silent auction on the basis that it is silent, and no one knows the outcome until the end. Another term is “sealed bid” auction. However in this case it is though the RM is essentially opening the sealed bids and manipulating the process to their own advantage. Given the lack of transparency as you would get in an open auction, how do you even know that when you get a mail to say “you are not the highest bidder” is true? I am not alleging that this has happened, but I would very much not want to be part of any process that is run like this.
