  1. What a brilliant piece of art! It's such a shame my cashflow is low. Glws
  2. obviously when theres a pump in spot is when I find the exception and may sell it back on here
  3. thing is, these morons were probably quite happy to buy at the competitive price given, thinking no one could continue to offer at low prices, but when theman just kept going and they couldnt sell for any profit, especially when others go and buy at the same or even lower price. I can understand someone being frustrated if they thought they were going to make a quick buck. I am afraid it doesn't work on here unless you get very lucky. We're all adults on here and we know the risks of any investments you take. Golden rule is you dont complain about others making money. It just means you need to work harder to achieve what you want. If you can't be assed with effort, then trading might not be ideal for you and should walk away. I personally rarely buy on here and then sell the same item back on here. You need to find a new market as that item has been offered already.
  4. Im just waiting for the juicy gossip
  5. you and me both bruva, just need new bullion with new buys at that price. Currently even Ebay prices are beating a lot of the market
  6. Sounds awful mate, you'd be a big loss if you ever left. Just because they are not savy enough to find other means of selling if they cant sell the price they want on here. When there is money there is evil. I would like to think that most people are behind you anyway mate
  7. erm, what have I missed, Ive been out all day??
  8. And how many of these are now sitting in peoples stacks? TBF to ebay, theres no way of "knowing" they are fake until received. We know just on the price, although its a marketplace, people have the right to sell at whatever price they want as long as what they are selling is what they are selling 90 have been sold on one listing, who are obviously going to sell at full price.
  9. Yeah and these days theres just as many scam buyers than there are scam sellers. I have some small gold coins and 1g bars I sell, although after a scare a few weeks ago, I am stopping that once they are gone.. Only gonna sell lower valued items, i.e. silver coins on ebay, and sell the gold on here
  10. love those horses! I would buy all 5 if you accept crypto
  11. 10 wonderful 1/20 gold coins via @GoldShack
  12. Silver seems up and down the a yoyo today
  13. would you accept crypto?
  14. FINAL REDUCTION ADDED Also - Half price on postage if buying both
  15. Very fair point, it's a similar argument to many things that has been digitalised. certain things make life a lot easier. I.e. no need to write letters when you have email. Although if someone sent me a digital birthday card i wouldn't be best pleased, even though they get chucked a week later! You can have it digitalised if all you are doing is investing, its the cheapest and in some ways, safest way to do it. I personally don't like digital money (ironic when i love crypto). The problem being that its not money, its just numbers on a screen. Theres nothing quite like having physical items, whether money, gold, a nice watch etc etc
  16. must say, thats odd reasoning. Each to their own i guess. Personally don't feel massively sorry for people buying fakes if they are clearly fakes or they have bought in the hope it could be real. Although, anyone thats bought when it seems legit and got screwed over, needs sympathy. Cheap metals on ebay? where???? I sell bits on there due to the high premium lol
  17. It is, this one was made by Harrington and Byrne
  18. Tis true. Hattons offer right now is 22.97 for a random 1oz silver bar. Although add vat and it becomes 27.50ish. Still not bad, although depends what you get.
  19. Only ever paid vat from a dealer once, which was customs from USA. If only I could find a Yankee that'll buy it and send as a gift!
  20. They seem to be, it's just when I see the vat added it makes me sigh
