Britannia is what the romans named Britain. Britannia the figure, is supposedly the personification of Britain. The imagery was taken from greco-roman classical art to fit the history behind the name.

I've been here over a year and I think this is only the second time I've seen this, out of the hundreds possibly thousands of trades going on in that same time period.
Compare that to Facebook where scammers are outed almost daily.
You're in the right place, but bare in mind NOTHING is 100% safe, ask around if you're unsure about a seller, no one will look down on you for checking. Feedback, reputation and community is what makes TSF king.
To scam, look at the hoops people have to jump through to get into that position of trust on TSF, most scammers are too lazy and impatient to build up feedback before cashing it in.
But of course, hoping this can still be sorted, it's not to late.

The first-century Greek author Diodorus Siculus referred to one of the eastern islands of/off Europe by the name "Pretannike". In classical Greek and Latin, the letter "p" was often changed into a "b", so resulting in "Britanni(c)a’" The original Greek p-spelling was itself a version of a local Celtic name "Pretani" for either the people living on the island or for the island itself, although which is unclear.
‘Pretani’ was a Celtic word that is believed to have meant "the painted people’" - quite possibly an allusion to the famous blue woad of Caledonia.

Otherwise TSF is an amazing place to trade, the bad eggs are very few and far between
