  1. Really like this, but overspent this weekend
  2. Spreadbetting and Cfds Most will lose in the long run. Not because they are wrong, but more because they do not have the pot to leave the position open when things go against them. They will get closed out the worse position and then watch as the position starts to go their way. Also one ends up with many sleepless nights. I prefer Bullionvault where you own what you buy. If price goes down, you still own the amount of metal. Over the last couple of months had sell orders above £650 and buys at £550-£575. Same money and have ended up with a few extra KG of silver.
  3. If any member has sold or bought from @KRO Please give him his feedback. It is not fair. You should be ashamed.
  4. I will take it if still available cheers
  5. I have found two other 2003 Britannia sets so will withdraw my offer. GLWS
  6. The 1900s old head looks to be in decent unpolished condition. The mintage is pretty low for that year compared to the London mint. If this was mine, I would remove and place a lesser quality sovereign in that mount. Back to your question, it is all a preference. I might also be a sex thing, where men would rather show the St George side where some ladies would prefer the effigy side. Here you can find mintage figures for sovereigns. https://www.bullionbypost.co.uk/info/sovereign-mintages
  7. There are also bracelet mount. I sold a few sovereign mounts to @stefffana, maybe he can help you.
  8. @Orpster, I think @Aldebaran was also looking for a 2005
  9. Thank you. Much appreciated
  10. What grade would you say James, you have seen many over your time?
  11. Hello I have these two young head shields which am thinking of selling soon to try and buy a uncirculated early Victoria shield. I think both coins are GVF as you can see quite good details in the lions faces. Most lions on both coins you can make out their eyes. What do others think they would rate these as. If anyone is interested in future purchasing either of these coin, then Pm me with an offer. The first is 1873 London, the second is 1877s. Spyder
  12. Available for 1 hour and no one could do a simple calculation on what a bargain this was. £3500/8 3/4 Sovereigns = £400. Too many still asleep
  13. This is absolute bargain at £400 per Sov equivalent and it a proof set. Why is it still not sold?
  14. Congratulations @SilverTalent nice snipe
  15. Two coins have been sold. Will leave listing up for the last one until midday Saturday. Will remove after as I am happy to keep. Coin is as if minted yesterday. Apologies to the few members who wanted to pay by Paypal F&F . I should have put in my payment details from the offset.
  16. 2 reserved and One is now available.
  17. @NeutronJack @JamesH @YorkshireStacker The 59 Gillicks have arrived and Pm if still interested. After 9pm if not PM, then they will be available to others. I think that is being fair.
  18. A couple of the lower mintage Gillicks to start the next run
  19. Now that you mention it, I can see them looking like turtles. Head, tails and legs
  20. Sorry to here of your loss. If you want a 1970 gold coin that is exactly the size and weight of a sovereign, then try and find a gold 2 rand. It is from South African Mint.
  21. Reporting to ebay is long drawn out process. They should make it easier to report scammers and get them banned for life.
