Two real options, either stick a wanted up in the ungraded trade section, or purchase a membership and keep an eye out on what is being posted.
The forum operates on a trust system aided in a large way by the feedback system, generally if your buying of someone with a lot of sales under their belt your in safe hands.  When a deal is done you pay for whatever you have bought and the seller (usually) provides tracking once despatched.  If you click on anyone's name you can see their past sales and purchases to give yourself some confidence they are a genuine seller.  It is still plausible to buy of new members but generally you should use an intermediary service - or stick to established sellers.  Established members will offer to pay on receipt but that would not be an option for you until you have built up some feedback and reputation yourself.
