  1. Hi All you amazing people, Hope you are all well. Thought I log on today and share my experience with this series and possibly help some others out. After so many people look like they had or still are having bad experience with this series. Hopefully moderators can approve this comment. Anyhow, my experience, I received the Tudor Beast Seymour Panther coins after placing 2 orders (1oz silver proof x 2 and 2oz silver x 2) which were great quality and design I thought, after the 1st coin in the series I was looking forward to the future releases. Fast forward to the 2nd coin, the lion of england, same 1oz x2 and 2oz x 2 quantity as I ordered the series. This began the beginning of the end for the series for me, I received sub par quality coins with dings, dents, scratches, loose capsules etc this was after multiple times returning each order. Not to mention not receiving the display box. So I returned the 2nd coins back and got a full refund after so many returns. Now for me, I calculated the display box was worth something and so I factored it into my decision making for the 1st coins I ordered, so I wanted the box on the 2nd coin to display the series whiles I was collecting the coins to enjoy the journey. Little did I know RM would not provide the display box on the 2nd coin release. Fast forward to the 3rd coin release in the series, the yale. My ordered was put on hold and I was waiting to see if they provided the display box or not before I continued with the series. No sign anyone has received the box and so it prompted me to do what I should of done when the 2nd coin got released without the display box. I got in touch with customer services at RM and explained my concerns and disappointment with this series and kindly requested a full refund of my orders from the 1st coin in the series (Not expecting but hopeful). They accepted and I sent the coins back to them, I have since received a full refund. So anyone that is not happy with their experience just communicate that with customer services and they might be able to help you out. Thanks
