Try ringing, the guy said they reserve a load because of issues with checkout and the Henry's that were reserved were never then released on sale, fella said they do it all the time now

So rang to cancel my order and just asked the guy to check for 5oz Henrys (was cancelling as could not get one at a reasonable price) and there are actually 9 in stock not showing on website. So not only did I not cancel my James I kow have a Henry on order as well. when will I learn <sigh?

I have the 5oz James on order but have decided against it Before I cancel this is there anyone who really wants it. I would not be looking for a profit but would want a 100% firm commitment that a fellow forum member would take it for their own collection when (if?) RM decide to send it out to me

As I am returning I opened the cap to get better pictures and it is actually much worse that I though, see below A clear three scratches, the spots may be dust but I suspect not, shocking

Thanks a lot guys, I have followed your advice on here labels printed and I will be popping to the post office shortly. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone as well, I feel really bad for the ladies answering the phones as they must hear the same thing all day, groundhog day for them I have opted for an exchange on the portrait so will see how that goes

Its 100% two scratches

Got my portrait today, can anyone please advise if this is returnable or if it would be classed as 'within tolerance' by RM Cap top was not even on when it arrived I have circled the scratches I can see Also received my 1oz King James and that had a massive fingerprint on the face, that's 100% going straight back

Oh Oh I have one too, when checkout takes you back to the basket page and you keep checking out not realising its charging your credit card each time till it's maxed out and you end up with charges on your card that dont drop for 5 days and still no coins, had that for the Henry release

Nah they put a reserve on straight away, if they don't ship for a while the reserve will drop after 5 days.

I got a despatch for mine about an hour after I ordered yesterday, I am hoping these were coins reserved for replacements and not returns, that or re-strikes anyway.
