  1. Reduced to £395 posted for a nice proof, boxed with COA
  2. All carded sold, two blister fulls sold, just one blister full left for £420pp
  3. My eyes are too old for coins that small, nice though you don't see many, and not a bad price at all
  4. I have another should you want to buy it and count at your leisure
  5. Decent 1957, first year of the Gillicks and unique in that it has 168 grains on the milled edge in place of the usual 108 on other Elizabeth sovereigns Available for £425 posted, a country mile cheaper than you will get it from dealers BT or PPF&F, UK mainland or NI only
  6. Couple of nice little half sovereigns from the 80's, Bought as a lot as I wanted to try my hand at conservation on the 1980 but it was far better than I expected it to be, so sourced a skanky proof from the 90's instead Selling for £390 plus postage (£6.85 special delivery or £3.05 second class recorded at the buyers own risk) **REDUCED to £390 posted** BT or PPF&F, UK mainland or NI only sorry
  7. Yea always is, it was from a set where the other 2 got PF70. I am happy buying PF69 though, I wanted the portrait without paying PF70 money and you can get PF69 around raw price or even under
  8. The last of my weekend purchases arrived this morning from @Jbend
  9. I buy in spurts lol, three more bits coming tomorrow and that's my quota for the year. Have done three months worth of purchases over one weekend
  10. My weekend purchases Aztecs from @arphethean, Germania's from @Panda6Pack. Two QB 1/4oz, a 1957 sovereign and a strip of celebration bars
  11. Anyone concerned with James's low feedback don't be, I have dealt with him multiple times on Facebook groups If required I would happily act as escrow on any deal
  12. Plain edge matte seem to be gaining popularity, I like them a lot Not buying it right now, but if they tank on the secondary market I might pick one up
  13. Couple of bits I ordered from @StBeesSilver direct on the website - https://www.stbeessilver.com/ Ying Yang 50g round and an Octo Pirate pour Usual high quality and very pleased with them

    Graded coins

The older the coin the lower the grade I would find acceptable, I mainly collect Victoria Young Heads, for common years if I bought a graded anything lower than AU58 I would likely jailbreak, I have removed a lot of coins from slabs in the past. Rare years or variants that have variant detailed on the label I would likely keep slabbed whatever the grade. I have turned graded coins down at bullion price if they have marks I find unappealing (buy the coin not the grade). I have also bought pre-Victoria at F and detail grades. I think you have to take each potential purchase on its own merits. Moderns I am happy to buy PF68/69 but will only pay the raw price, exception being special reverse. Bullion I will buy slabbed but only on certain coins, in fact I am looking to buy a few SOTD plain edge graded when funds allow, and really want them in MS70.
  15. Blister full sold, one remains one carded full and the carded half still available
  16. Just a wee 10oz bar for me today from @theman73. From the Argentia mint, nice chunky thing very tactile Really enjoying this series I have to say - he has a couple of left should anyone feel the itch
  17. Love the 1/4oz coins, so tactile compared to their big brothers. I saw the Charlies came back into stock last week so ordered myself a tube. Have to admit it did not even register they had reverted to 19 coins 🤷‍♂️
