Something is not right, @GSS placed a few big orders with me, and it didn't seem that £2500 is a lot of money for him so I wonder if it is not just a silly mistake, maybe he sent the coins to a different address by mistake (I do it) and now he simply doesn't want to accept the lose.
Of course, he has no excuse for not trying to sort this out but the loss and the fact, like he said in his last message, that he feels like Chris is siding with the other buyer, may make him stubborn.
@GSS is not about the money, it is about your name and reputation. Solve it.

I am still buying as much as I can.   I hear some people are selling thinking this is a blip like usual and it is going back down but as I have said forever and a day Silver is way under valued even at $50 per ounce so I keep adding.
