I could only see these marks through my x10 loupe. I was under the impression that missing frosting wasn't taken into account when grading? What do you think @GoldDiggerDave worth a go? I'd appreciate your opinion.

So mine has just arrived 5mins ago. What is everyone's thoughts on it? The missing frosting on the horses neck and the spot just above KC111 eyes. I want to get it graded so is it a keeper or a return? TIA.

I didn't realise gold was subject to VAT only 20 years ago. Seems perfectly logical that it could be re-applied at any time, and of course, if you're in the know...........
