Today I bought (and received as I collected), 1890, 1891, 1892 and 1893 sovereigns.

Don't think there was a London 1893 but I can't see any mint mark on it. Not looked with a loupe though yet.

Edit, just noticed there was London 1893's, just a different head.

Today I bought two 2012 sovereigns.

The sovereign collection / stack is doing quite nicely now, really enjoying it.

Taking my copy on the right with me to a lodge in the near future to chill out with a bottle of scotch or two.

Today I bought two bullion sovereigns from HGM.

Yesterday I bought my first half sovereign, a shield back, from Madstacks. Along with an 1891 full sovereign.

I looked at that one, looks a lovely coin.

I have been following there sovereigns and they sell out quickly on the lower bullion option.I wish they had a shop here that i could do the same Dan,Nice pick up by the way.If i did not get that Sov i would of snatched that half shield back up for sale in the forum.

They may be in Birmingham, but I still bought online and paid by bank transfer. They ship for free and don't allow any discount for collection, so it's not worth my time collecting.

All years mate. They only had 5 Victorian in stock, but more later ones. They find all sovereigns quite hard to get hold of though.

Today i bought my first full Sovereign from Atkinson's for £195.85p. I could not sleep,so i thought i would have a look and the price had dropped in the night so i pulled the trigger.

I bought some sovereigns from Atkinsons yesterday too, had a chat with the owner and got him to pick me some nice Victorian coins.

He did mention that stocks are running at an all-time low, and that he was finding it very difficult to get hold of for their inventory.
