  1. Best to check there's not a turd in there, metaphorically or otherwise.
  2. Crikey yeah that looks so wonky. Bracing myself for the 5oz to be cancelled already!
  3. Heh yeah, send it back. That's not acceptable on something that has a £2000 premium on it.
  4. You would be foolish to buy them from elsewhere when the RM promo code BND264 will get you a free Coronation 50p bunc pack with your order
  5. Also interesting that these are on the website for all to buy this time. https://www.royalmint.com/britannia/commemorative/2024-britannia/2024-britannia-fractional-silver-reverse-frosted-set/
  6. Another one for the new breed of 1/40th carded collectors! https://www.royalmint.com/britannia/commemorative/2024-britannia/2024-britannia-1-40-oz-gold-proof-coin/
  7. Well that proclamation was a load of nonsense then 🤣
  8. Sorted now, but still interested in an 1818-dated one if anyone has a non-demolished example.
  9. Any closer offers for the lot? They all stack with each other.
  10. Anyone know anything about a special matte version of the 5-coin set?
  11. The royal mint ones are very easy to open when you realise they are meant to be twisted off instead of being pulled.
  12. Cor, they all have them. This is on the 2020 1oz Quokka.
  13. Just a pot-shot with my phone, but this is where it is on the 2021 Kangaroo, so it may be in different places depending on the coin/year.
  14. On the Kangaroos it's a tiny letter A inside the first letter of AUSTRALIA.
  15. Do these ones have a micro-laser engraved letter as a security feature, like on the Kangaroos?
  16. Pretty sure all of the proofs are struck there, and practically all of the bullion. Not all of the blanks are made there though. Some are bought in as ready-to-strike blanks from Australia. Maybe that's the real source of the milkspots 🤔
  17. Sorry, too low. Needs to start with a 2
  18. Not yet, but I only posted it back this morning.
  19. Anyone? The bar alone costs more than this from Baird Mint.
  20. Gonna set my calendar for July to check whether the 5oz has been cancelled 🤣
