I have 2 orders still pending payments..looks like we are in the same boat..😒

It has been picked up and the original post was edited...I'm guessing the person who felt the need to place their comment edited down as not to get in trouble with the moderators...but a certain comment that was made seemed to have slipped their notice or they didn't think offensive...😄 I think it comes down to who you are...and I'm just a lowly member hahaha.....

I agree my friend but when someone comments on my ( IMO innocent comments / views) on coins,grading etc and acuses me of doing something with my hands in my tracksuit bottoms....I find that disgusting especially when that person doesn't know me...its tantamount to accusing a person of being a pervert..which I and the majority of people who are accused of or have such comments directed at them would find very offensive. REGARDS....

Couldn't agree more sir...but getting their coins graded does increase the premiums..each to their own...I prefer the beauty of coins in their omp's while others see and hope for a $£ increase to get a few more £'s.......again,each to their own.. Regards..

Deffinatly..I always buy at least 2 coins when there is a 1st edition...seems like after a year or so when the 2nd coin is released the 1st one goes up in price alot......so sell one..keep one.. 🙂

Yeah, the premiums on the first one is pretty high now..although it is a much nicer coin than the 2nd one.... Regards.

If you use a mobile and have a laptop..log in using 2 different browsers...one might get you through quicker...that's what I do and it has worked..but really it's down to the amount of people logging in at the same time..and more importantly RM's servers and software as this is a continuous problem on release day and the RM havnt updated their technology since 886 AD, well need I say more 😄😄😄😄

It's not easy is it, for some of us. I agree with you they have been very helpful. I also spoke to a nice lady who said the same. I did say if I paid again and just waited for the £630 to come back into my account would it be dispatched this week? She said no...they are awaiting stock and will be 2 weeks. So Im Just going to wait for my money to be returned then call them and pay ...just hope they don't give my reserved coin away by mistake in the meantime...🙄🙄🙄

I just got off the phone with the RM because I've had problems today with duplicate payments going through. I asked if I will get an email confirmation as it appears to have been sorted and was told they are having problems now sending out Email confirmations and I will probably get an email when it's dispatched.... Nothing ever goes smoothly on a release day. Regards.

I just spoke to the RM had all the usual spill...trying to process 20,000 orders/system has crashed Blah blah blah..but have now confirmed they have 2 payments for 1 coin and when it gets dispatched the duplicate funds will go back into my account.. by the end of the week...we shall see...RM never learn from their mistakes..they should upgrade their servers and software and maybe they wouldn't have these problems when there is a new release....
