I approve. You can buy it for me.

Sell one of your kidney's on the black market and I'll happily use the proceeds to do that :D

On a serious note, I think I'm going to have to add that to the bucket list of coins to get at some point in the distant future

Tis a lovely coin Gruff. Always like the buff and usually prefer RPs, but I personally think a proof shows of the grainy face/ buffalo (the bit I really like) better than an RP. Still an amazing design though.

Because they have them in hand, the bullion ''dealers'' usually have very low stock (for 2-3 days worth of selling) their business is ''just in time'' business to the business model, whatever customers buy they order straight away to the main dealer so they simply pass the order and keep the profit.

And to replace their sold stock they have to then pay the new higher/changed price. I think most people don’t release how slim the margins are, especially on gold.

I think my dealer once said he made about £20 net on a kg bar of gold. Any failure to hedge frequently or a small mistake can cost big time.

Can see the attraction, but not for me. I prefer the original  matte all over version, which allows the eye to see more of the detail.

The Buffalo is one of my favourites and is great for handling - has lovely sharp edges…..

I agree, I have the original and love it. I think the two side by side would look amazing though
