Agreed. They aren’t new and aren’t old. Pretty easy to come by and seller not offering anything else to make you want to buy these along side with.

As has been said above just the price these coins have been selling for on this forum. I do feel for you. We buy these coins at £25 - £28 from dealers and find they are worth less than £23.

There seems to be a premium both when buying and selling that the poor unfortunate (usually me) must suffer.

This is why I am trying to get whatever I can at as close to spot as possible. Whatever I can get is milked or damaged coins, sterling that is no longer wanted for it's form and such.

I've lost a lot of money on my journey into precious metals. I'm sure some have made profit but that wouldn't be me, no sir. Best of luck. Note there are currently silver brits listed for £22.40 per coin delivered.

Hold long term seems to be the only way to make a buck. Sorry if I am teaching my granny to suck eggs.
