This is going to be down to @James32's interpretation.

I've never seen this before.

The last three bids were:

  • Jake0111 - £426 - 21:59:29
  • cliveb13 - £427 - 22:00:00
  • Makey1976 - £429 - 22:00:50

So it is up to James whether Clive's bid counts, since it is absolutely, to the second, on 10pm.
