I was going to say that @SemolinaPilchard and others may be interested in knowing what equipment, software, and other resources you were using.

Doug also has a "secret" accessory, which he might reveal if asked nicely!

I ha dthe post removed until i could find out how to embed the video. I've seen others post clips so i know it could be done. I'll try again later with more detail if anybody is interested

Had a quick peek at the video before it went AWOL.  Looks like @DrDave  uses same software as us, Helicon Focus, and the only accessory I think you may mean is the stacking rail which he'll already have.

Yep, Helicon Focus, so much quicker/better/friendly than Photoshop.

I have a focus rail but don't use it. The R5 does focus bracketing (as you'll know) and can easily do 35 bracketed images in a couple if seconds. A real god send!!

If i can work out how to add video into the posts, i'd like to  show the whole process.

Oh I'd like to see that if you have time.  Urm....nope...I must RTFM - had no idea that R5 had that capability!  Will look into it.  If it's THAT easy and quick to do we'll be changing our workflow!  Cheers

Seriously is! press the shutter release, and then up to 999 individually focused images all done automatically 👍

It really is the dogs dangly bits...........as they say in my neck of the woods
