Hi yal,

Started collecting about a month and a half ago.

I have a question for you guys. I bought some metals from Apmex, but had an unexpected occurrence with family and needed to cancel my order. So I cancel it. Pay the $130 dollars in penalty/market loss. They tell me they are sending me a check back. I wait 9 days.

I get the check and its a full $620 USD short of what the amount should be. Any ideas why? I have emailed them and I am waiting for a response. Even if you take into account currency was at a slightly different value from apr 29 2016 to now may 24 2016, it only accounts for maybe 360 dollars. 

Has anybody else had these sorts of accounting issues with Apmex? I'm not impressed even slightly as I am now our $620 USD and $130 CAD.

Will never be buying from them again.

Sorry to hear about your predicaments. No cancelation experience with Apmex from my end.

My tip is to telephone them or speak to them direct on their live chat if you can/have the time; there is a reason for it and possibly a clerical error.

Welcome to the Forum. I would do what ApisMellifera suggests and contact them, there live chat customer service is quite good from experience and they should be able to answer your question or at the very leas forward your question onto someone who can.
