just got mine from the post office today, very nice coin in person, but i did notice a few things, some scuff near the white lion and a small spot near the falcon (does anyone recnognise what these are?). do you think i should call RM and exchange - not sure they'd have more - or just send it off for conservation and slab? thanks.

This scratch on the lion is complitely unacceptable. Ruins the coin value to something close to spot.

i would definitely exchange or sell it to me for gold plus 5% 😂

i think there is a defect under queens head too.

Have you removed the top of the capsule? It's hard to tell if the defect is on the surface of the coin.  I've seen a few of these with frosting issues this would be the first with scratches in the field I've seen.

When buying a proof coin at 100%+ over spot then except nothing less than perfection.

BTW the (imperfection under the Queens portrait is JC's initials)
