Ah now I’ve seen the previous thread, thanks. I wonder if it is common practice for the mint to resell coins that have been returned by customers 🤨

I'll let you know when the one I ordered arrives

I do hope that what has been said in the other thread is true. I'm pretty risk adverse to this type of coin. I did try to get the Victoria sovereign earlier last year as that one I thought would do well but had no luck. Anyway I do have my fingers crossed that this is just extra stock and not unwanted coins littered with black spots. Will find out in a couple weeks I guess

That would be a big yes! Someone will buy it despite QC issues.

Currently building my silver stack so looking for Kooks, Koalas, Eagles & Pandas

Outside of silver I also run a technology YouTube channel http://youtube.com/thenorthernblogger

There's no reason why they shouldn't if they've been returned because the customer has changed their mind.

This situation isn't common in cases where these coins have sold out very quickly. Perhaps this is a sign that the market has been over saturated recently?

It could be that most of these coins were sold to dealers/flippers and that the resale demand and price isn't high enough for this issue?
