Glad to hear this.

Also, tell them to buy a sigma machine and check every single piece of gold from the shop

But they sayed they test all the itens they sell, not with a Sigma but with a GVS Bullion Tester. :)

Then they should do a better job instructing there staff , If not a failure of the machine then was a human error.

Who knows how many "mistakes" occur every single day 🤬.

I find it hard to believe that they do a thorough  check of every bar.  As others have said, the bar is too thick, the edging of the rear of bar is wrong, and the assay card details are  wrong.  I don't have my reference images in front of me, but it wouldn't surprise me if the lettering on the front of the bar doesn't line up properly either.  I'm glad they are honoring your wishes for an exchange.  It might be just the kick in the ass they need to tighten up their inspection process.

Agree, as the type of error here it's severe>! I want to believe they are been telling the truth here. But even in that situation one of the 3 things can be happen....

- a particular Employee scamming clients and making some money.

- a Employee that doesn't know how to properly work with the machines

- Or a very lazy or drunk employee used to make the tests...

Any way , any option can easily destroy they're reputation!

Sorry, I forgot to update this totally! All was fine now. They received the Fake bar back, and they sent to me a new Umicore one.

This time no problems wit it. Genuine. But they never told me nothing more about the fake... if was a mistake or not...lol

And They're name?...: The Silver Mountain.

Cheers guys.
