Germania Milk Spot

After waiting and paying a considerable premium to get the Germania. The first one that arrived has a milk spot! Sent it back, they're refunding the money. Now the premium is higher. I have 5 different Germania  Allegories on order presale. Is anyone else having milk spot issues?

I got 20 when they first came out and no issues other than one little dink.  I only have five of the first Allegories but they are all sound. Disappointing to see another nice round milking.  Hope you have better luck with the rest. 🍺

All my germanias do fine. Never seen a spot on them

Would fungus not have a difficult time growing on a 9999 silver coin ? You might be right though I have no idea. 

I would guess op needs to gently clean it in hot water yo be sure ?

I bought a Britannia and Germania from the Germania mint and it arrived last Thursday with milk spot.  I have returned it to the seller for a replacement which is due today.  I will be checking it carefully when it arrives.

Good looking out! I bought pre-sale a one and a two ounce versions - I don't want any dam- milk spots!

I got the replacement and is flawless! I received the 2 oz rounds in perfect condition. Still waiting for the 5 oz round. 🤞
