i have looked at Fellows in Birmingham but never bought anything.

Always cast your vote - Spoil your ballot slip. Put 'Spoilt Ballot - I do not consent.' These votes are counted. If you do not do this you are consenting to the tyranny. None of them are fit for purpose.
A tyranny relies on propaganda and force. Once the propaganda fails all that's left is force.

Many of the auction houses on sixbid.com, had to pay bills in USD, Euros and Swiss Francs yesterday.☹️

Also London Coins, Warwick&Warwick, Lockdales and Corbitts amongst the few who do not appear sixbid. The 'the-saleroom.com' is also useful for auctions that may have some coins but is not their main business.

Fair enough. If you don't ask. 😂

What I would say is that you need to read all the T & C's very carefully, or you may end up paying more than you were expecting (e.g. VAT on the bid price or the premium, depending on the item).

Bought a few coins several years ago on eBid at a good price.
The seller had them listed on eBay and after a question pointed me to eBid because the fees were much lower so a win / win in this case.
Haven't looked for over a year because I got frustrated with the site and pricing.

Cheers for the advice. Will have a look

Wow. One person on the site trying to get £478 for a 2018 non proof sovereign. That will still be for sale in 100 years.
