2018 Restrike Coin of st. Helena

With a mintage of 10k would this be an interesting coin to hold.?? 

And can anyone tell me what mint is making it?? Is it a gov mint. My search cryteria must be wrong to not find the info.

I am sure I heard it was New Zealand mint making these, I will ask around if no one on here knows.

I asked and asked and no-one really had an answer for the first St Helenas, so in the end I (best) guessed it was NIEU.

Not a huge fan of their work after that last issue!

Poor strikes both, missing frosting particularly around the oriental border - it was a poor quality coin imo, but then I only had some in hand from gs.be so that could be unfair (?). Maybe others were super?

The seller on this site always write if it is from Nieu. And this is not the case. But apmex could be a good guess. 

 

I will just have to see if the quality is great when I get them.

I think most Niue coins are minted by RAM or The Royal New Zealand Mint.

Not sure who mints the St Helenas.
